The Deluxe boarding package comes with daily access to our park and garden + the opportunity for private playtime with our attentive staff. Opt for Boarding Prestige, and you’ll enjoy all the Deluxe perks, plus a delightful daily morning walks with furry friends.
During the night, your four-legged companions retire to his private bedroom. This area of 4 to 6sqm will be dedicated to his rest, feeding, and sleep. Your pup is under the constant supervision of our skilled staff, 24/7.
We understand how challenging it can be to part with your furry friend, which is why we keep you connected by sending you daily highlights of your doggie’s joyful moments through WhatsApp.

DOG BOARDING OPERATING HOURS & ENTRY CRITERIA
Your canine companion is welcome for check-in on appointment only, between 10am and 4pm everyday.
The standard check-out time for our dog hotel is 11 AM.
If this is your first visit, kindly register on the gingr platform (accessible through the button below). This ensures that we possess all the necessary details to maintain the well-being and happiness of your furry friend. Rest assured, the information gathered remains strictly for internal purposes. The form includes vital sections like your personal information and your dog’s details, vaccination records, noticeable behaviors, and more.
Please note: In order to provide the best experience for everyone, we maintain limited boarding capacities. Thus, we kindly request you to secure your boarding reservation in advance, especially for a weekend stayover.
A TYPICAL DAY FOR OUR BOARDING CANINES
7 AM: Rise and shine in the cozy private bedroom, feeling refreshed and eager to start the day.
8 AM: Embark on an exciting walk with fellow furry friends, all under control of our trained staff (available with the Prestige option).
9 AM: Gather in the spacious garden for some lively playtime.
9 AM – 5 PM: Let the festivities commence! It’s a day of fun and games at the Hotel. Our four-legged guests frolic in the park and pool, closely supervised by our attentive staff.
5 PM: Well deserved meal time
6 PM: After a brief check-up, all our boarding dogs retire to their private room for a peaceful night’s rest.
